Colourful and inspiring sewing book by one of Norway’s most prominent designers!

Ingunn Birkeland is sewing is a firework of colours and contains 17 unique patterns that have been tested and adapted to different body shapes over many years.

In this book, the author has collected her most popular and classic patterns, and in addition to dresses, there are also trousers, blouses, coats, skirts and even swimwear.

The patterns are graded in a total of 17 different sizes, from 32 to 64. The characteristic CITY grid pattern is repeated in some of the garments in the form of a patchwork technique, and the A-coat on the front of the book is sewn in Norwegian wool, produced in a limited edition by Røros Tweed.

The patterns vary in difficulty, and they are suitable for both beginners and for those who are more experienced in sewing. Pattern parts from the various garments can be combined in several ways, and the book offers a variety of possibilities. Full size pattern sheet included.
