This is the first knitting book published with knitwear patterns based on the characters in Astrid Lindgrens wonderful stories for children.

Based on Astrid Lindgren’s stories, the successful designers Hanne and Torunn, have created about 50 patterns for knitwear for both adults and children. In the book you’ll find patterns for sweaters, jackets, hats, mittens, socks and much more, inspired by the stories of Pippi Longstocking, Emil in Lönneberga, Lotta on Troublemaker street, Ronja the Robber’s Daughter, The children of Noisy village, the people on Seacrow Island and other characters. There are both easy and more advanced patterns to be knitted in different yarn thicknesses.
