Bergum, has lived in Turkey for the past ten years and in the book we also get to go on a journey to southeast Turkey, a place he travels annually to visit friends – to the region where you will find the best ingredients and a fantastic history. In 2023, the area was unfortunately hit very hard by earthquakes, and the inhabitants there had their lives turned upside down.
